The non-process buildings in Okouma, Gabon for Comilog, the soon to be world leading producer of high-grade manganese ore after the completion of this project.

The shared commitment to sustainable transformation enabled us to create a building that is centered around mix of vernacular architecture and contemporary design. The materials used are key to understanding the complexity of the message. An innovative building material, Hydraform, dry stacked and interlocking earth bricks manufactured on-site in its remote location, allowed for the project to have both economic and environmental benefits.
