The conversion of this single tenant warehouse into multi-tenant retail spaces was achieved through a re-configuring the existing spaces and adding mezzanine levels and addition floor space. A contemporary concrete facade was incorporated as well as living greenery screens on an exposed steel canopy structure speaks to the industrial nature of the existing building.
